The Cat in the Hat has invaded our house. When Bud bought this book for her for her birthday I really didn't think that it would keep her attention. It has now become a favorite story. She loves the little fish and how he keeps telling the kids that their mother would not like to see all the chaos in the house. Faith also enjoys the very end when the mother asks, "What did you do today? Did you have fun?" Would you tell your mother about The Cat in the Hat? She says "NO." I enjoy this story. The rhymes make the story fun to read and even easier for Faith to memorize and read along.
